Clinical experience
Anežka developed a strong interest in neurological care and posture correction during her studies, specializing in the DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) approach. Alongside her clinical experience in hospital settings, she focuses primarily on working with young athletes—particularly climbers. In her practice, she integrates manual therapy, mobilization techniques, and fascial manipulation to support optimal movement and performance.

In 2023, Anežka earned her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from the Second Faculty of Medicine at Charles University. She has also completed specialized training in Stecco Fascial Manipulation. Anežka is fluent in both Czech and English.

Eliška is a physiotherapist who combines professional expertise with a passion for a healthy and active lifestyle.

She spent many years in competitive swimming, which has given her a deep understanding of the demands of high-level sport, the principles of proper movement technique, and the prevention of overuse and injuries. This experience helps her work not only with athletes but also with people who want to strengthen their bodies and improve their movement habits.

She further developed her professional skills through practice in inpatient rehabilitation wards as well as in outpatient care. This enables her to tailor therapy to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, individuals in convalescence, and those seeking a path to a pain-free and active life.**

Eliska specializes in post-orthopedic surgery care, sports injury rehabilitation, and supporting individuals who want to improve their movement habits and prevent pain. In her therapy, she uses modern manual techniques, fascial manipulation, and targeted exercises that promote faster recovery and a return to a pain-free, active lifestyle.

She also emphasizes the importance of patient education and lifestyle modifications as key components of healing.

Adéla Zlesáková

Adéla již během bakalářských studií sbírala manuální zkušenosti jako masérka. Ve své dosavadní fyzioterapeutické praxi se věnovala převážně bolestivým a pooperačním stavům a posturálním odchylkám nejen u dospělých, ale také u dětských pacientů, jimž by se do budoucna chtěla věnovat především. Své zkušenosti v tomto odvětví sbírala například v Dětské nemocnici v Brně, či v porodnici U Apolináře. Věří, že fyzioterapie nemusí být pouze dril, ale dá se zábavnou a nenásilnou formou po drobných krůčcích implementovat do každodenního života. Ve své praxi kombinuje manuální techniky s aktivním přístupem ke cvičení, které pacienty vrací k životu v pohybu, bez bolesti a zlepšuje jejich posturální návyky.

Mimo běžnou klinickou péči spolupracuje se sportovkyněmi od 13 let v softbalovém klubu Eagles, kterým pomáhá jak v prevenci zranění, tak při návratu do plného tréninkového zatížení.

(Současně dokončuje magisterské vzdělání na UK v oboru Aplikované fyzioterapie.)
