Anežka helps patients improve posture, movement control, and manage pain related to overuse or neurological conditions. She has a special interest in postural correction, motor control training, and working with young athletes, particularly climbers.
In her practice, she combines detailed functional assessment with exercise based on the DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) concept, manual therapy, joint mobilization, and fascial manipulation. Her approach focuses on improving movement quality and preventing recurrence of symptoms, not just short-term relief.
During her studies, she gained clinical experience in neurological rehabilitation and hospital-based care, which allows her to work confidently with a wide range of movement disorders, from functional issues to sports-related overload.
Anežka holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the 2nd Faculty of Medicine, Charles University, and is certified in Stecco fascial manipulation.

Physiotherapist
Eliška helps people move better, recover from injury, and return to an active, pain-free lifestyle. She has a special interest in sports-related physiotherapy, rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery, and the treatment of foot and lower limb problems, as well as helping patients improve movement patterns and prevent overload injuries.
She works with a combination of thorough assessment, manual therapy, and targeted exercise to address the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms. Her approach is practical and focused on restoring confident, efficient movement so patients can safely return to sport, work, and everyday activity.
With a background in competitive swimming, Eliška understands the demands placed on the body in high-performance sport, as well as the importance of technique, recovery, and injury prevention. She has also gained extensive clinical experience in both inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient care, allowing her to support patients across a wide range of conditions and recovery stages.
Eliška speaks Czech, Slovak, and English, and values clear communication and a supportive, approachable treatment environment.

Meet Marta
Marta helps women move with confidence and live without pain. She has a special interest in women’s health physiotherapy, including pelvic floor rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, as well as the treatment of back pain and postural problems.
Every treatment begins with a thorough assessment and is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Marta combines hands-on therapy, targeted exercise, and practical education to help you recover, move with greater confidence, and achieve lasting results.
Originally from Poland, Marta has gained clinical experience in Poland, Germany, and the Czech Republic, working with a wide range of patients, including athletes and active individuals. She is currently expanding her expertise by studying osteopathy, further developing her holistic approach to rehabilitation and movement.
Fluent in Polish, German, and English, with conversational Spanish, Marta enjoys working with patients from different backgrounds and creating a welcoming environment where they feel listened to, understood, and supported throughout their recovery.

Adela Zlesakova

Adéla helps patients reduce pain, improve posture, and return to natural, confident movement in everyday life. She focuses on painful and post-operative conditions, postural imbalances, and long-term movement issues in both adults and children, with a particular interest in paediatric physiotherapy.
In her practice, she combines manual therapy techniques with active exercise that is practical, easy to understand, and transferable into daily life. Her goal is to make physiotherapy feel less like “exercise in a clinic” and more like a natural way of regaining comfortable, pain-free movement.
She has gained clinical experience at the Children’s Hospital in Brno and at the maternity hospital U Apolináře. Alongside her clinical work, she also supports female athletes (from age 13+) in the Eagles softball club, focusing on injury prevention and return-to-sport rehabilitation.
Adéla is currently completing her Master’s degree in Applied Physiotherapy at Charles University. During her earlier studies, she also worked as a massage therapist, where she developed her foundational manual therapy skills.
