Your personal information is processed by Magdalena Pertoldová (Prague Physical Therapy) as the administrator of this data (hereinafter referred to as the “administrator”) in the client’s documentation (hereinafter referred to as “the subject”) in full compliance with applicable law. Their security and protection are ensured in accordance with these regulations and in accordance with the Regulation.

You have access to this personal data and you have the right to request their correction or processing restriction if you find that the information is incorrect. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation and therefore your rights, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. Providing your personal information to the administrator for the provision of services is a request of the administrator upon your consent. Failure to provide your personal information will mean that the administrator will not be able to provide you with the appropriate services.
