Unfortunately, I have had some very bad experiences with doctors and health-related services in the Czech Republic but Magdalena was a true exception to that. She really, genuinely, cares about her patients. My case was a bit complicated and she went above and beyond to help me and didn't stop until I was back at 100%. She was available 100% of the time I reached out to her and she followed up on me almost every day. She was very pleasant and explained all my doubts regarding my pain, the exercises, and everything else. She was very patient with me, even though my English wasn't that good, and she made sure I understood everything well. Thanks to them, I was able to recover 100% of the mobility in my arm, even though the doctor who operated on me said it wasn't certain I would regain it. I also noticed significant improvements after just the first session. I am very grateful for the help they gave me. When the cast came off I tried doing some exercises on my own to get back my range of motion in the elbow & wrist (which had been immobilized in the cast).
