Anežka developed a strong interest in neurological care and posture correction during her studies, specializing in the DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) approach. Alongside her clinical experience in hospital settings, she focuses primarily on working with young athletes—particularly climbers. In her practice, she integrates manual therapy, mobilization techniques, and fascial manipulation to support optimal movement and performance.
Education
In 2023, Anežka earned her Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from the Second Faculty of Medicine at Charles University. She has also completed specialized training in Stecco Fascial Manipulation. Anežka is fluent in both Czech and English.

Alice has been helping clients become functionally fit since 1996, starting her career as an ACE-certified personal trainer at Equinox in NYC. With a background in dance since 1983 and a dedicated practice of the Gyrotonic Expansion System, she became a certified Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis instructor after moving to Boulder, Colorado in 1997, where she opened her own studio and taught for 11 years. She also completed advanced Gyrotonic training and a 6-month course in Functional Anatomy.
In 2011, Alice trained in Thai massage at Montreal’s Lotus Palm School, then returned to NYC for a comprehensive Pilates certification with Kelly Kane. She later reopened her studio in Colorado, teaching until 2019, and after the pandemic, moved her practice to Easton, PA. In January 2025, she relocated to Prague.
Alice is passionate about helping clients connect with their core, integrate breath, and understand how to move with optimal strength, alignment, and efficiency.

With over 20 years of running experience, Yazmin’s journey began on a sports scholarship at the University of Central Missouri, where she was part of the varsity Cross Country and Track team. Specializing in the 3k, 5k, and 10k, her collegiate years laid the foundation for a lifelong passion for endurance and discipline.
After university, Yazmin transitioned into long-distance running, taking on half marathons, full marathons, and even ultramarathon events. Her personal bests include:
