Prague Physical Therapy is an independent physiotherapy practice. Prague Physical therapy was founded in January 2019 by Magdalena Pertoldova, PT. Before Magdalena Pertoldova established Prague Physical Therapy she gathered over 20 years of experience in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Oncology Rehabilitation, and Lymphedema management. She practiced in the USA, United Kingdom, and the Czech Republic, earning experience in various hospital and outpatient Physical Therapy clinic settings.
Magdalena Pertoldova’s clinical experience
During her years of clinical practice she enjoyed treating orthopedics and sports injuries for patients of all ages and backrounds. Magdalena is passionate about physical therapy and believes that our body and mind need activity to heal. Many orthopedic problems can be resolved by postural correction, manual therapy and therapeutic exercises. She believes in power or educating her clients in appropriate exercises and self-help techniques.

Throughout her practice Magdalena has furthered her clinical skills and education by attending courses with specific focus on mechanical therapy, mobilization with movement and muscle energy techniques.
Magdalena holds both Masters and Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the Charles University in Prague. Magdalena is fluent in English and Czech. She lives in Prague with her husband and three daughters.
